The bits we're asked most

Is Drive&Check really free?
Yes. The free tier is permanent — you can use it forever without paying. It's supported by ads which (in the UK) you can choose to make non-personalised. Premium removes ads and unlocks the advanced logbook, exports, multi-stop routing, and the rest.
What happens when my 14-day trial ends?
Nothing automatic. There's no card on file. When the trial expires you drop back to the ad-supported Free tier with no charge and no surprise. If you want to keep Premium features after that, you subscribe yourself through the App Store or Google Play.
How accurate are the fuel prices?
We use the UK government Fuel Finder open-data feed, which retailers must publish under the CMA's price transparency scheme. Most prices refresh within 30 minutes of the forecourt updating them. We don't make them up and we don't pad them.
Do you sell my data?
No, and we never will. We don't buy mailing lists, we don't ship your location anywhere outside the trip you asked us to plan, and we don't share your records with advertisers. The full breakdown of who we share anything with is in our privacy policy.
Can I use Drive&Check for HMRC self-assessment?
Yes. Premium exports CSV-ready expense reports per vehicle and per period. HMRC requires you (the taxpayer) to hold the records yourself for up to 5 years after submission, so export and archive your exports somewhere safe — or turn on the optional business archive in Settings.
Is there an iPhone version?
Android is live first. iOS follows shortly after — sign up for the launch list at contact@kybrium.com if you want to know the day it goes live.
How do I delete my account?
From Settings → Delete account inside the app, or by following the instructions on the Delete account page if you've uninstalled.
