Delete your account

This page describes how to delete your Drive&Check account. Drive&Check is operated by Cherya Holdings Limited (company number 17203315, England & Wales).

Account deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted we cannot recover any of the data associated with it. If you only want to stop notifications or unsubscribe from a paid plan, you can do those things from inside the app without deleting your account.
Heads up: if you have used Drive&Check as a logbook for HMRC self-assessment, export your fuel and service records to CSV from inside the app before you delete your account — HMRC requires you, the taxpayer, to keep your own records, not us.

Two ways to delete your account

Option 1 — From inside the app (recommended)

  1. Open the Drive&Check app on your phone.
  2. Sign in if you aren't already.
  3. Tap the Account tab at the bottom right.
  4. Scroll down and tap SettingsDelete account.
  5. Read the warning, enter your current password to confirm, then tap Delete account.
  6. You'll be signed out and your account + data will be removed within seconds.

Option 2 — By email (for users who've uninstalled the app)

If you no longer have the app installed, email contact@kybrium.com from the email address you registered with. Please include:

We will verify the request by replying to the same email address you wrote from (this is to stop someone deleting your account without your permission), and process the deletion within 7 working days of your reply.

Special cases

If you own a fleet

You cannot delete your account while you are the owner of an active fleet subscription — this would orphan your drivers. Before deleting, you must either:

If you have an active subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active subscription you bought through Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel the subscription from inside the respective store first:
